Privacy Policy

WebAayam (“we”, “us”) collects the information you submit through our Contact Us form and project questionnaires — your name, email, phone number, and project details — solely to respond to your enquiry, scope your project, and deliver the work you’ve engaged us for.

• We don’t sell or share your details with third parties.
• We don’t display or share your phone number publicly — it’s used only for project communication.
• Website analytics (Google Analytics) may collect anonymized visit data to help us improve the site.
• You can request that we delete your submitted information at any time by emailing support@webaayam.com.

Terms of Service

• Project scope is fixed once development starts, based on your completed requirements questionnaire; changes beyond that scope are quoted and billed separately.
• Payment terms: 50% advance to begin work, 50% on delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Website source files are handed over on final payment; app source code is released only after full payment.
• Domain, hosting, Google Play developer fees, paid APIs, and premium plugin/theme licenses are billed at cost and are not included in plan pricing.
• Delivery timelines are estimates based on the agreed scope and prompt client feedback; delays in providing content or feedback may extend the timeline.
• Bug-fix support windows (7/15 days, as applicable to your plan) cover fixing defects in delivered work, not new features.
• Play Store review and approval timelines are outside our control.

Refund Policy

• The ₹499 consultation fee is adjusted against your final project billing if you proceed with us — it is non-refundable if you choose not to proceed after the consultation.
• The advance payment secures your project slot and covers initial design/development work; it is non-refundable once work has started.
• If we’re unable to deliver the agreed scope, any unused portion of your advance (after accounting for work already completed) will be refunded.
• Domain, hosting, and third-party fees already paid on your behalf are non-refundable once purchased.
• Refund requests should be sent to support@webaayam.com and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
